Honoring PIllars of the community
In 2023 we lost two cherished pillars of the community: Dave Shippy and John Balcer. True men of service, they shaped and influenced much of what all our neighbors enjoy today.
We're proud to see Gwen Shippy and Mary Jo Balcer, Dave and John's beloved partners, with the commemorative plaque and American flag installed at the beach to honor two very fine men.
