Our Association meets twice yearly, in the spring and the fall. All neighbors are welcome at the meetings, but please note that only members in good standing may vote in general elections.

Our neighborhood is active! We have a Social Committee that puts on a full calendar of events. Events are listed real-time on the website, but there is a full, single page calendar view available, too.

Reserve the charcoal grill down by the beach throughout the summer any day except holidays or events. Just submit your reservation request and expect to receive a response within 5-7 business days.

We Go Way Back
Our History
Founded in 1957, PLMCA began as a small cluster of homes finding refuge near Pine Lake.
Since then, we have grown into a thriving neighborhood community made up of 125 homes and almost 200 neighbors.
